This is a beta version. Known issues include:

Some windows may open off screen (usually to the very far right); this is due to development of the database on high resolution monitors.

If you are entering new data you must change the default behavior of Access to avoid notification message pop-ups each time you post a new record.

1. Open Access with a new blank database.
2. From the menu bar, Go to Tools, then options.
3. Select the Edit/Find tab
4. Under 'Confirm', uncheck the box labeled 'Action queries'
5. Close Access
6. Start the CenCal Db by double-clicking on the CenCal_Beta1.1.mdb file

In data entry - an error is returned if attemting to create a meet location and date that already exist. To enter data to this meet, please navigate to the meet record that already exists and add catch records to this meet.

Security and user rights are still being developed. The default behavior is to open the database in a restricted format; this prevents editing of forms and inadvertant changes in data. To remove these restrictions, please contact technical support and request access.
